the Battle of Antietam

"I can do nothing more. I have no infantry." --General George McClellan

The Bloody Lane, the Cornfield, Dunker Church, Burnside's Bridge--all names etched into history as part of the bloodiest day in American history. Lee's Maryland campaign in September 1862 is turned on it's head when McClellan manages to find a copy of the Confederate battle plan and corner Lee's much smaller force along the Potomac River at a little town called Sharpsburg. Can the rebels survive the day?

Video Teaser Trailer

In addition to photographing the Antietam game, we also set up two HD cameras to record the entire battle, along with mid-game confessionals and strategy talk. The final, edited version of that video will not be available for some time, but it will be done in a similar format (with much higher production value) to our Gettysburg video, which now has over 35,000 views on YouTube. Until Antietam is ready, we've put together a rough cut, 2-minute teaser with some footage!

UPDATE!

The full-length video AAR is now available on YouTube!
